New Major Campaign begins: The Perfect Poop
What is a perfect poop and who has the skill to make one? Can perection only be made be accident or only be lots of hard work? Is such a thing even possibe, if so, by anyone - only by a highly experince vetran or maybe by a noob? The one who gets the most comments, or views, or the one that inspires the most responses? Perhaps it’s one of those trap video that are hidden away from searches because they don’t even have poop or ytp in their tags that can have the most impact. Can the best pooper make the best poop and what exactly do you define as a perfect poop anyway? These are the issues which this campaign will be addressing.
As with all major campaigns the purpose to is unite everyone in joining in, to raise awareness of Youtube Poop and what it really is to the outside world and to promote diversity in Poop making.
The tribute video, a previous campaign - in which we as a community managed to get 10000 views in 24 hours, plus a place in the every chart for week meant the creation of an official YouchewPoop account which has been somewhat underused. The tribute video gets seen and responded to every still even now, but where do all these viewers go next? If they click on the account page all that’s on offer at the moment are a couple of idents and link to this place!
So let’s fill that account with one video each by every poop there is! Good and bad, from brain rape to analogue scratch vid, from the strange world the flash poopers to absurdism of the meme makers. The best poops we can make - as perfect as they can be so that others will be inspired to make videos like them or better or just different. Poops which may start new fads, new trends and new directions. And if you think perfection is a stupid idea then just send a normal poop and see how well it does - maybe it will up topping the chart.
How long should the perfect poop be, should it have an ident (which one?) what footage should it use
One video each - the perfect poop - all on one account like a quick version of the directory itself but on youtube.

Once done I email me (use contact form above) the link plus:
your youtube account name AND
Your own definition of what a youtube poop is! This means that rather than just nodding your heading and accepting what you think you know you have the power to tell others what a youtube poop is to you and that means that someone somewhere may make a video based on your interpretation until they are experienced enough to make their own.
Each video will be called merely A Youtube Poop by ….[your name] - this means that everyone will have an equal chance of getting more views and search results.
As we will be sharing one account that means people like Deepercutt with his 2k subscribers will not have an unfair advantage over those that only have 5 subscribers. All forum members are welcome to join in, listed or not - regardless of your feelings about this site or even me personally this forum is for everyone and therefore (as usual) this campaign reflects that - it is for the entire Poop Making Community.
This also means that people who’ve never made a poop before may enter - and that means there could well be a flood of shit - that’s why you need to word clearly what you think a poop is - prove the feral children (born with AIDS) wrong by making a video that is better and explaining to them clearly why individuality is better than creative conformity.
But again - where the viewers click next, after they’ve seen you videos is very important.
After your description of what Youbtube Poop is please also indicate what you want you viewers to do next. This can be as simple as “Please visit my channel and subscribe” or even something like “please use less cdi in your poop” or maybe “please use more anime” you can even ask people to comment, to write to you, to friend you…whatever - ask for what you want so people know exactly what you want from them.
I will also need a link to a video that you want them to watch next. This will be your video’s response. People often click on the link that a video is a response to this way you are helping to direct the traffic to wherever yo want. You can link to your best video or perhaps a source that you want people to use in their poops more, it perhaps a video of someone you admire who you think poops should be more like.
And finally - these videos will later be podcast via itunes for people to watch on their ipods. That means even more so that these videos will represent youtube poop and the diversity and talent that this community has and continues to develop.
You may change your mind about your video ONCE if you decide you wish to remove your first choice.
The top 5 videos will also be posted on youtubepoop’s front page (based upon viewed).
The overall winner - with the most views at exactly noon on April 1st will recieve a prize (to the value of £50).
All videos will be linked to on the front page of the news where the chain poop links to now.
Videos of listed poopers will also be listed in the directory (you may use an alternate title) you are welcome to upload your video to your youtube account also.
