Celebrating the Birthday of Dr. Suess the Way Only Poopers Can
Recently, it was the birthday of Dr. Seuss, one of the greatest children’s book writers of all time. The media he inspired and created has been seen all over the world and wouldn’t surprise me if no one has never seen or read something by Dr. Seuss. It was likely even a used source for YouTube Poop before in the past, but I decided to do something special for the occasion. Soon, I started up a collaboration for the event, and with the support of many forum members, the “DR. SEUSS BIRTHDAY DESECRATION COLLABORATION CELEBRATION” was created.
Organized by myself, Christoph, the Dr. Seuss collab was an idea I started over two weeks ago, and gained support of over ten members of the forum. Sadly, not all of the members who demonstrated interest participated. In the end, seven members (including myself) had submitted a video which made it into the final product. The collaboration’s goal was to make many poops using the broad and various materials that Dr. Seuss had created. Hopefully, people now see the great use out of such sources.
After a brief introduction, the collaboration kicks off with TheDarkRises’ excellent poop using “Halloween Is Grinch Night,” an old and lesser known cartoon starring the Grinch. It was in this part that one of few most memorable lines in the collab was used: “BIG SILVER SPOON!” Following was MrGenericMan’s entry, which was bold enough to use a BOOK and audio recording rather than a movie or cartoon. With wild sentence mixing from the book “Oh, the Places You’ll Go,” we were treated to thirty seconds of gold. Then it was dvariano’s turn, showing us what he used: “The 5,000 Fingers of Dr. T.” During the two weeks of creating this collaboration, dvariano was very secretive of his source, and with good reason. It was an old film that is widely unknown, and contained another memorable line: “Dr. T is sweet on Mrs. C.”
Next up was Ophios, who used the cartoon “The Lorax.” His techniques and effects were quite impressive, and left us on a high note to carry us onward. Zatchy’s submission was next, using footage from the trailer of the new CGI film: “Horton Hears A Who.” While it contained many techniques and non-Seuss sources that are considered to be “overused” or “trite,” it had plenty of moments to enjoy. To keep up the pace and then speed it up into madness, Erarg entered his part, using the cartoon “The Sneeches.” There was a scene that was frighteningly entertaining, following an infinite amount of Sneeches on a slide. Finally, it was my scene that ended that collaboration, using the most prominent character: The Cat in the Hat. With sources such as the self titled cartoon, the cartoon titled “The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat,” and the self-titled film, everyone was treated to the last memorable line: “GREENFACE.” I could also say “I’M SO EXCITED,” but then I’d seem like a jerk who was promoting his part more than the others. Whoops, too late.
I was very pleased to see the many creations that were produced in response to my idea, and it has led me to plan future collaborations. To all of you, I’d like to thank you all for the support and for watching. If you haven’t watch it, there’s still time, you god damn greenface.
