For Existing Users Having Login Issues

If you are one of these accounts (who cannot login), than you may register and post in the topic accordingly in the validating forums. You will be reimbursed with your old post count and permissions.

Your old posts do not belong to you anymore, but they do exist. We are deeply, deeply, deeply sorry for the inconvenience.

(This only applies to existing members having login issues only. Members who wish to register may go ahead without complication.)

If you have trouble accessing your account, there are a number of options available to you.

The first is to clear your cookies. That should get rid of the cookies from the old YouChew board.

After this, you should be able to log in perfectly.

If that doesn't work, try resetting your password. Use your new password to login. This is typically the best way to resolve this issue, if option one didn't help.

If that didn't work, or if you're using an old email account or for some reason or didn't receive
the email, contact an admin and we'll give you a replacement password to
sign in with (but change your details later).

HOWEVER, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU ALLOWED TO CREATE AN ALTERNATE ACCOUNT. These take up unnecessary resources and are a violation of our rules. They will be deleted on site and you will be given a verbal warning. Further violations will result in stricter consequences.

If you continue to have troubles with all of this, create a ticket in our Support section. You will be answered promptly.
